In PROTAVIO Ltd. we commit ourselves to the following:

  • The services/products we provide to our customers will fully satisfy them and totally cover their requirements as well as regulatory and legislative requirements.

  • Orders or/and contracts with our customers will be implemented exactly as they are agreed upon and the Company will perform all its obligations in full.

  • Our objective always remains customer’s satisfaction.

  • To respond promptly to the demands and problems of our customers/partners.

  • To continually improve the Quality Management System and corporate operations.

 

For the implementation of the Quality Policy the Company operates on the following principles:

  • Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and for being fully informed about the applicable Quality Management System of the Company. 

  • As a Company we set goals, provide the necessary resources for their achievement and the results of the statistical analysis are analyzed as part of our ongoing effort to improve the services and products we provide to our customers.

  • We provide appropriate training to the personnel of our Company as well as appropriate equipment and infrastructure.

  • The Company has defined a Management System Process Officer who is independent from the Organization and authorized to ensure the IMS is applied, and when necessary to take appropriate corrective actions.

  • The suppliers must respect partnership agreements so that the Company can strictly follow the terms of the contracts with its customers.

All personnel and external partners (when necessary) are obliged to apply the Quality Management System. 

 

The corporate strategic objectives, are defined as follows:

  • High return on business investment coming from Company’s activities.

  • Compliance of the Company with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement of the Company and its services/products.

  • Competitive products and services.

  • Ensuring the continuity and availability of the services/products.

  • Evaluation of methods’ performance and efficiency based on our objectives and indicators.
